Little Girl Audition Songs

34+Musical Theatre Audition Songs for Young Girls (5-14)

Sharing is caring!

There are many considerations that go into choosing a standout audition song. Here are some of the most important:

  • Is it age-appropriate? (Nobody wants to see a 12-year-old sing about *adult* themes.)
  • Does it showcase the part of the voice / vocal technique that the role you are working toward showcases? (If a character belts in the show, it’s good to belt in your audition song!)
  • Is your audition song in the musical style of the show you’re auditioning for? (Rock for rock, classical for classical!)
  • Will the pianist be able to play the accompaniment?
  • Can you find an audition cut that fits the audition time requirements?

Now that you know what to look for, feel free to take my audition song idea quiz or check out the entire list of songs for girls below!
